I CAN BRISTOL |
"I had the absolute pleasure of joining our Bristol Heart Heroes for the I CAN Be a Dairy Farmer visit yesterday. It was so much fun and I learnt a lot...it was really special to me for 2 main reasons as a nurse on Dolphin Ward in Bristol Bristol Royal Hospital for Children I usually meet our Heart Heroes when they are feeling poorly... so to spend time with them having so much fun and loving life was amazing . It was lovely chatting and catching up with all the things our HH's have been doing. They are so busy!! Heart Heroes Bristol Hub Nicola Morris
As a HH trustee I could see first hand, what projects like I CAN really mean to our HH's. I saw them laugh, run around, learn new things and have the best time, which was pretty special.
As you can see, I made some new friends too and I think everyone loved how cheeky and fun the cows were.
What a great day arranged by the Bristol HH team . Thank you to Old Green Farm Dairy for creating such a great experience...I was tempted to smuggle a baby cow home if I'm honest
Hope I can come along to another day soon"
Best Wishes
