Sharing this event which looks to be a creative and supportive afternoon at the Transition and Moving to Adult Services Event at Bristol Beacon on Friday 29th May 2026, from 10am–3.15pm. Designed for young people aged 14–18 with a long-term health condition, this event is a chance to learn more about moving into adult healthcare services, meet others with shared experiences, and build confidence for the future. Participants will also have the opportunity to create and write their own music with Bristol Beacon musicians — no experience needed! Lunch and refreshments are provided, and spaces are limited, so be sure to sign up early.
