Yesterday was all about healthy competition, plenty of laughs, and of course… our infamous Spotify ‘car’ jam
We were thrilled to welcome Joe, a new member of our Heart Heroes young adult gang.
After a challenging few years, Joe’s mum told us:
“He has had a really tough 4 years. It was good for him to meet others with the same or similar conditions… they seemed like a lovely bunch.”
That’s exactly what these socials are all about – connection, support, and just having a great time together.
