What is a Heart Heroes Hub?

Hubs are monthly meet-ups designed for Heart families to access vital support in a welcoming, fun environment.

At each hub, families can:

Stay & Play – Enjoy themed activities like arts & crafts, outdoor play, and sensory activities

Peer Support – Connect with other Heart families who understand

Respite for Parents – Parents can relax while staff and volunteers engage with children

Safe Space – A place to talk about worries or concerns in a supportive atmosphere

Medical Support – Access to cardiac nurses, psychologists, dietitians, and more
