Over the past four weeks, Heart Heroes' Young Adults have participated in an enriching Skills-Building Workshop series led by Stephen, Logan, and Alison from the ADHD Foundation and support from Heart Heroes Volunteer Jo. These workshops have offered a supportive and relaxed environment, allowing the Young Adults to feel comfortable, fully engage, and immerse themselves in the experience.
The sessions are designed to foster confidence and essential life skills for Young Adults with Heart conditions.
Heart Heroes extends a huge thank you to Stephen, Logan, Alison and Jo for their dedication and expertise. Their ongoing support has been invaluable in providing a meaningful outlet and creating lasting connections within the group. We’re excited to continue building on this journey together!
