Somerset Hub

On Saturday 8th July, Heart Heroes' Somerset Hub Coordinator, Kirsty, and Hub Coordinator for Bristol/Family Support Lead, Nicola, participated in the Community Inclusion & Activities Team Family Fun Day held at Brookside Academy, Somerset.

The event provided a great platform for promoting Heart Heroes, and raising awareness about the Somerset Hub's services.

Kirst and Nicola also organised a tombola to raise funds for Heart Heroes.

They both appreciated the opportunity to connect with individuals and families, educating them on the services we provide.

Community events such as Family Fun Day play a crucial role in bringing together organisations and individuals dedicated to promoting inclusivity and support for families that need us.
