Alex first engaged with Heart Heroes when our children were lucky enough to be Mascots for Gloucester Hartpury WRFC at Kingsholm. 

Alex said, "I was fortunate to meet an inspirational young girl who introduced me to Heart Heroes and the I CAN project. I've since seen the incredible work Heart Heroes do, the opportunities they generate, and the community they have created for affected children and their families. You instantly want to be part of it and I can't wait to help any little way I can."
