As we head into September and welcome the start of autumn, there’s still plenty to look forward to at Heart Heroes! We have another lovely month of activities planned, with opportunities for Heart Families to get together, have fun and make special memories.

Young Adults have got a great session lined up with Barking Buds visiting bringing their four legged friends. If you have a child aged 12 to 18 and live near Gloucestershire/Bristol then do get in touch about our Young Adults sessions. Exercise is the theme for September's I Can and Gloucester are being joined by Active Future to host an action packed session and Bristol have Inspire Sports hosting Boccia! 

We have nearly finished finalising our I Can programme for 2027 - no spoilers just yet but there are some really good sessions planned. If your child would love to be part of our I Can programme and are age 4 to 12 then do get in touch about registering.
