A lovely day at Alderhey for the PATIENT INFORMATION DAY with North East & North Cumbria Congenital Heart Disease Network
Meeting in person and listening to the wonderful Ram’s (clinical lead) presentation, catching up and listening to Mighty Mabon's Legacy with Gemma and Stu and listening to a talk about The Link Between CHD & Learning by Dr Melonie Johns Senior Fellow (ACHD) Paediatric Cardiologist.
It was great to connect with our friends Little Hearts Matter, Somerville Heart Foundation, Cardiomyopathy UK and Mighty Mabon's Legacy.
Kelly & Becky had a wonderful day meeting lots of lovely families and networking with lots of organisations linked to the CHD journey.
