We pride ourselves on hosting meaningful events for meaningful reasons, and yesterday was no exception. We were absolutely elated when our ambassador Alex Matthews, along with Mo Hunt and Zoe Stratford, agreed to let us host An Audience With…Gloucester-Hartpury England Rugby

Dan and Will, two of our incredible young adult Heart Heroes, took to the stage to interview the girls and then invited the audience to join in with their own questions. It was wonderful to welcome new supporters, and even more special to see some of our Heart Heroes meeting their idols.

Heart Hero William brought his rugby ball and was soon passing it back and forth with Zoe and Alex. When he got home he said, “Mummy, you said I wasn’t going to be able to play rugby — but I did!”

A huge thank you to everyone who came along. Together, we raised an amazing £1,100.
