August saw the perfect day for our first charity golf event, with beautiful weather setting the scene for a memorable occasion. Held at the Brickhampton Golf Course, the event brought together friendly and enthusiastic teams, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

The highlight of the day was young Heart Hero Leo, who accomplished an incredible feat by playing a full round of golf—a remarkable achievement for him.

Brickhampton Golf Course proved to be an outstanding host, offering delicious food and ensuring all participants were well-fed and hydrated throughout the day. The silent auction, organised by Bids4Lots, was a huge success, featuring some exciting items that generated great interest and participation.

A heartfelt thanks go to the incredible Heart Heroes volunteers, whose tireless support helped ensure the event ran smoothly. The funds raised for the charity exceeded expectations, marking this day as both a fun and meaningful success.
