We can’t make children’s heart conditions go away, but we can #GiveHope. Heart Heroes is there to hold families’ hands through every step of their cardiac journey. We’re on the wards, at regular family socials and meet ups, running inclusive activity workshops and, most importantly, we’re on the end of the phone if you need to talk.
