This supportive gathering is a space for parents to connect, unwind, and share experiences in a relaxed setting.
This sessions theme is Sound Healing & Sound bath with Cacao.
Sound Healing & Sound Bath with The Zen Den – soothing crystal bowl using frequencies and other instruments in sessions to calm the mind and body.
Cacao Ceremonies – heart-opening rituals with meditation, breath-work, intention and
connection to really realign and reconnect with
yourself.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or blanket if you have one, we will provide some also.
