We can't wait to see you all again on Sunday 29th September 2024 for I Can Do Gymnastics at Swansea Gymnastics Centre
Gymnastics improves strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility. The physical skills learned in gymnastics help prepare children for any sport.

Start time: 4:00PM
End/pick up time: 6:00PM
Dress code: As this will be an active session we encourage all the children to wear joggers/leggings with their I Can T-shirts and Zip-Up Jackets with trainers.
Refreshments: We encourage the children to bring their own labeled drinks, but water/squash and healthy snacks will be available. But if this isn’t suitable for your child please bring an alternative that must be clearly labelled.
Parents information: We encourage these sessions to be a drop-and-go, but if you need to stay then you are more than welcome.
